  • Reporting that covers all bases. Our building reports include everything you need to make a fully informed decision, secure finance, and insurance. This includes a floor-level assessment using a Zip Pro 2000 Altimeter. We do non-invasive moisture screening using a Trotec T660 moisture meter and a review of the EQC’s scope of works if needed – This is on top of everything else you would reasonably expect in a building report and is at any extra cost.
  • Our reports are legible and easy to read. We know that not everyone is an expert in building. You do not need to be in the industry to understand our reports; leave the expertise to us!
  • Inspected Residential is a Licenced Building Practitioner, and we are industry trained and qualified. We take accountability for our work, ensuring it is to the highest standard.
  • Book directly online into our calendar, so there is no muck around or unnecessary back and forth on the phone when organising an appointment, especially when several parties are often involved with getting access to a property.
  • We have a same day turnaround from inspection to the report being with our client.
